Franklin,
My boyfriend complains when I don\'t swallow his semen after fellatio. I really do not like the taste. Should I do it anyway, just to make him happy?
Thanks in advance,
Linda Brown

Sweet Jesus! Linda, I am sorry, but I was raised Catholic. Although I am no longer practicing, and have recovered for the most part, I am still unable to publicly discuss sexual matters in an open manner. Perhaps I can use a series of complex metaphors to help you out. Let\'s imagine there was a happy train engine. We\'ll call that train engine “Linda\'s boyfriend”. Next we\'ll say that there was a giant water tower, and that the water inside did not taste good. In fact, the water was poisoned by a man named Henrik Ibsen. Then all the people started getting sick, and only one man knew that Henrik had poisoned the water. He tried to tell everyone, but the butcher said, \"There are no more lima beans in my grocer\'s freezer!\" Then the librarian came along and said that the happy train engine was no longer happy. I hope that helps, Linda. Good luck, and please never write to me again.
Franklin,
Last week I was at a diner, and I noticed this couple at a table across from me. Neither of them looked like they were enjoying themselves. In fact, they hardly looked at each other. And then I was looking in the newspaper at the anniversary announcement section, and I saw all these old men and women who looked like they would be happier if they were being beaten to death with bicycle chains. What gives? Is romance and happiness dead? I know I\'ve been single a while now, but my last partner and I always enjoyed ourselves. Why does it seem like so many people settle for less in their relationships? Do I have anything to look forward to?
Just wondering in Powell,
James Thorpe

James,
Your passion for life excites and inspires me. Most people are too stupid or co-dependent to have truly fulfilling relationships. Christ, 50% of marriages end in divorce. I think most people don’t even know themselves, let alone their partners. James, you are a truly unique individual. You deserve an equally unique individual. James, I know that we have never met or spoken before, but I feel a strange kinship toward you. Last night I dreamt about your letter, and I dreamt about you, James. I know that I could make you happy if you only gave us a chance. Why haven\'t you returned my calls, James? Are you afraid of the fire that only soulmates can create? Please, James, I am suffocating without your loving touch!
