SNOOZER - WINTER STOPS ALL SOUND

Snoozer is the brainchild of Rhode Island's Susie Ghahremani. Since 1996, when the Snoozer experience began, it has been a one-woman operation. Though she also plays in a band called Snuggletooth, her newest musical venture, entitled Winter Stops All Sound E.P., is a fun, bouncy little nugget of joy.
It’s weird-- I usually don’t get into stuff like this at all, and the first time I heard it, I didn’t dig it much. But I put it on "repeat" while I was painting, and found that I really enjoyed it.
Ghahremani has a great voice, and the music is very lighthearted and honest. I wish the disc was a little longer, though. Just when you start getting into it, the album ends.
