GO BETTY GO - WORST ENEMY

Go Betty Go is a Latin-flared female punk rock band that formed in the first year of the new millennium. Their sound on Worst Enemy is comparable to The Eyeliners and Pennywise. Their Spanish influence is somewhat evident in the guitar and vocals, especially in \"Son Mis Locaras\", which is actually in Spanish! (Duh, Sal.)
Go Betty Go has good qualities: strong vocals, catchy melodies, and speedy, punk rock anthem-type songs. Lyrically, it\'s typical pop-punk style. It\'s got a lot of stuff about relationships and personal issues, but nothing too deep.
Go Betty Go has talent, but I feel that they need to evolve into a style of their own. It would be interesting if they would experiment with their Latin style, and actually use it more. They could make their own Latin punk rock. Kind of like how The Eyeliners are typically pop-punk, but have an added Fifties rock \'n\' roll influence.
But the Go Betty Go members are still pretty young, in their early twenties, so they still have time to separate themselves from the pack.
