Does Mankind Liberation Front really want to liberate mankind, or is it just a front? I pose this question because while listening to their album, Automind, I\'ve come to the conclusion that they may, in fact, be evil robots posing as a techno-ish, rock-like band.
Take note of the first track, \"Around & Around\", in which a robotic voice sings at the beginning and morphs into a more human-sounding one as the song goes on. This is them adapting, camouflaging their true selves, posing as humans. Also troubling is the song \"Invasion Of The Bodysnatchers\", in which they sing of an alien invasion and Area 51. Could it be that they are alien robots?
I don\'t know much about robots or robot music, but I think many clues are dropped throughout this record that show humanity is in grave danger. Heed my warning: Mankind Liberation Front is neither part of mankind, nor are they going to liberate us. If I had to guess, I\'d say they\'re planning on enslaving us.
Did I like the CD? Here I am talking about the end of humanity, and you want to know if I dug the music. No, not really.
