CAPE CANAVERAL, FL - NASA has announced that the Space Shuttle Discovery will return to space in March of 2006. This marks its second return to space since the February 2003 tragedy that destroyed the Space Shuttle Columbia, killing all of its seven-passenger crew.
According to NASA Administrator Mike Griffin, next year\'s flight will have an extremely important mission. \"The mission of the flight will be to repair the damage that will be incurred upon the Space Shuttle Discovery during its launch.\"
When asked what the mission will be should Discovery not incur any damage during liftoff, Griffin laughed and stated, \"Yeah... right.\"
