FIGHTSTAR – GRAND UNIFICATION (Trustkill Records)
Add a few more cents to Nickelback, and you get Fightstar.  You might hear them on a trailer for a UPN show.  Oh, UPN doesn\'t exist anymore?  Tough luck, dudes.
RATING: TWO FIGHTSTARS

FOREVERINMOTION – THE BEAUTIFUL UNKNOWN (One Eleven Records)
Are you a person who likes \"pretty\" music?  By that I mean music that sounds like Jewel had something to do with it.  Well, picture Jewel as a man and you got Foreverinmotion.  If you can\'t stand Jewel, you won\'t like Foreverinmotion.  If you do like that stuff, I\'m sorry.
RATING: TWO STARS

GRAILS – BURNING OFF IMPURITIES (Temporary Residence)
Instrumental rock?  If you skip the first minute, or two, you may hit the rock.  It\'s been said that they tore the roof off instrumental rock.  Too bad they\'re renting, and the landlord\'s pissed.
RATING: TWO STARS

THE HOLLOWAYS – SO THIS IS GREAT BRITAIN? (TVT Records)
Brit-ska-punk-pop.  There is something in this music that makes me want to clench my fists, and start swinging, but I can\'t pin point what it is.  Any of these tracks are radio friendly, so they got that going for them.  Think of Herman\'s Hermits with a kiss of Arctic Monkeys.

RATING: THREE STARS

SKULL TIME – SKULL TIME (Latest Flame Records)
They decided to lose the \"Canis Lupus\" name, but not the rock.  This band from Milwaukee has a live show that feeds the crowd raw energy.  In which they regurgitate back, with gusto.  Any of these tracks could easily kick ass on Guitar Hero. (It\'s a compliment. I play that shit all the time. Just ask my neglected girlfriend.)  If you like getting pumped up by some loud ass rock, this album is for you.  Fucking Sweet.
RATING: FOUR STARS
