You might recognize me from such films as 1996's Chasing Amy, 1998's Armageddon, and 2001's Good Will Hunting, which I co-wrote and starred in with my good buddy, Matt Damon. Who I am not. So please stop thinking I am him.

I was not in Saving Private Ryan. I was not the Talented Ripley. And I was not that spy dude who didn't know his own identity. I'm Ben Affleck. I sleep with J-Lo. I wear a toupee. I have a weird mouth. There's no similarity between the two of us, other than we take similarly stale roles, and ride Kevin Smith's quirky, comic geek jock.

So please, stop thinking I am him: Matt Damon.
