ROGERS, AK - Mega-super store Wal-Mart is being sued by an applicant, and the claim uses one of the dirtiest words in litigation: discrimination.

Kerry Multon, 28, is filing suit, claiming he was not hired as a Wal-Mart cashier because his interviewer was prejudiced.

Thus far, lawyers for the company have only rereleased their "equal opportunity" statement: "Wal-Mart will not tolerate discrimination in employment on the basis of race, color, age, sex, sexual orientation, religion, disability, ethnicity, national origin, marital status, veteran status, or any other legally-protected status."

But Multon-- a gay, Hispanic Jew-- argues his suit isn't based on any of the aforementioned articles.

"It's because I have all of my teeth," he explains. "I have three years experience, a high school education, and 32 teeth. But Wal-Mart told me they didn't have any open positions. Then, as I was leaving, I saw them hire someone else. The guy could barely speak English and was wearing two left shoes, but he had a sizable gap between his canines."

Mr. Multon's lawyer is confident in his client's claims: "Have you ever been to Wal-Mart? Have you seen the people working there? I dare you to find one jury member who's ever seen a solid row of white at that store. This one's in the bag."
